This virtual lab offered via Google Meet will allow EMIS professionals an opportunity to ask questions and network with others while working on end of year EMIS reporting. The SPARCC EMIS Team members will be available to offer assistance and support as needed. Attendees may join the lab for the entire afternoon, or as their schedules permit.

This will be a virtual workshop for High Schools and/or Middle Schools (those that enter Course Requests and run the Student Scheduler) on StudentInformation (DASL), that have questions or need assistance on scheduling students for the 2020-2021 school year. The Google Meet link will be forwarded (the day before) to those that register for this session and school personnel can come and go as their schedule permits. During this open lab timeframe, SPARCC staff will be available to answer questions and provide assistance.

This refresher training is for Elementary buildings (or those Middle/Intermediate schools that schedule using homerooms rather than running the Scheduler) on StudentInformation (aka DASL). This session is for staff that are new to the elementary scheduling process or those that would like a detailed review as SPARCC staff will review the scheduling process for elementaries. This will be a virtual session using Google Meet and the link will be sent out the day prior to the workshop to those that are registered.
