MORNING (9 to 11) - All attendees should register directly with ODE to receive attendance credit. Attendees have the option to join us at the SPARCC offices to view the ODE presentation together, or to join virtually. AFTERNOON (1 to 3:30) - The afternoon session will be devoted toward reviewing and analyzing the information provided by ODE in the morning during the ODE ITC EMIS training. As time allows, attendees will also have the opportunity to work on current EMIS collections and reports, as well as to address any outstanding EMIS questions or issues. The SPARCC EMIS Team will be available for assistance, and this is also a great opportunity to network with other EMIS Coordinators.

This roundtable provides a chance to bring eSchoolPLUS users together to share positive and effective processes within districts, to offer support to one another and to share concerns in regards to daily use of the software. As of right now, we will be offering the sessions face to face as well we remote. If anything changes, we will send an email to everyone to let them know. eSchoolPLUS Scheduling Training Overview for High Schools/Middle Schools. This training will be Face to Face at SPARCC. We will offer a google meet option, if needed. Please indicate you will be attending remotely in your registration so we can send you the link. This training will be used to provide a detailed overview on the various parts of the Scheduling Module including Teacher Course Recommendations, Course Catalog updates, various methods of entering Student Course Requests, Master Schedule updates, and running the Student Scheduler. IMPORTANT: Please be sure your district has returned the 'Scheduling Survey' form to SPARCC and that your 22-23 Scheduling Setups have been completed prior to attending this training if you plan to work on next year's scheduling. Otherwise, you will just access the 21-22, current year files, for review.
