
Camp Google for Educators introduces participants to innovative ways Google applications can be used in education. Throughout the four sessions, participants will experience fast-paced presentations, hands-on activities, and opportunities to explore collaborative web-based learning and inspirational instructional strategies. Google Instructors will share ways they've implemented tools such as Google Docs, Google Earth, Google Sketchup, and more to create a 21st century learning environment. Participants will utilize the Google applications to develop lesson plans and activities to establish a better understanding of the integration of Google resources in their classroom. One hour of Kent State University graduate credit is available for an additional 150.00. Participants must sign up for credit during the first class and must attend all four sessions to receive credit. Cost: 175.00 per participants (Graduate Credit at an additional 150.00 per participant) Classes take place on every TUESDAY of the month from 4:30pm-7:00pm at the Western Reserve 21st Century Learning Center in Kent.
